“We booked Matt for our wedding on July 2, 2011 and never looked back. Picking a photographer is one of the most important vendor choices for your wedding day, the pictures will stay with you a lifetime. Matt is a consummate professional who made us feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process.
Leading up to the big day, Matt was available to answer all of my questions and gave us advice on how to best make photography fit in with the events of the day, which resulted in a very smooth and stress free day.
On the day itself, Matt arrived early, was very pleasant and made us all feel at ease. The first thing Matt did was to climb out the window and out on the roof to get some shots of the garden, and he kept showing this kind of creativity throughout the day. Although Matt does not typically direct photos he did give useful pointers on where to look or how to hold your chin, which was extremely helpful for a photography newbie like myself. Having Matt at our wedding was a pleasure, he was always available (even during his break) but never got in the way, and he seemed to genuinely enjoy his work.
And as for the results of Matt’s work, I am overwhelmed - seeing the pictures from our wedding brings back the atmosphere, the feelings, the people, and puts a big smile on my face!”

"Everything from the first contact (enquiring about a quote), through the preparation's for the big day, his relaxed and effective approach on the day, right up to the quality of the results was first class! Matt spent time with the bride-to-be whilst she was getting ready, capturing some great images of her and the bridesmaids without being in the way or putting anyone out. He then joined me (the groom) and the rest of the wedding party at the church and captured all the emotion and the little moments perfectly as everyone arrived in such good spirits. During the service he was able to capture so many great pictures of us and our guests without interfering or being remotely distracting. After the service we got the desired "posed" pictures in a timely manner and then heaps of fantastic more candid ones both at the church and back at the reception venue - he never seemed to have a downtime, constantly moving around and taking great pictures.
